Below you’ll find some important information about the house and the surroundings:
W-LAN

is working through SAT and offers a various choice of programs.
POOL
– PLEASE shower before use / because sun creme and chlorinated water do not work well together! Please put towels on the sunbeds and beanbags before use.
Poolheating
– is available on request in April/May/September/October and must be paid extra (maximum pool temperature is 24 degrees). Please put the cover on during the night, when the pool is in heating mode.
WASTE SEPERATION
Please separate your waste carefully:
GREEN garbage can = residual waste & organic waste
YELLOW garbage can = plastic & aluminum
BLUE garbage can = paper & cardboard
GLAS must be taken to a glass-container by yourself – there is one situated next to the football field nearby the house.
Please note
additional fees occur if rubbish is not separated and our cleaning team has to perform rubbish separation for you.

There are many places and attractions around your vacation home that are worth visiting. Here are some excursion tips:
KAP KAMENJAK – the peninsula offers numerous small coves and cliff-jumping opportunities, as well as hiking trails and beach bars. There is an entrance fee to enter the natural reserve, but it's worth it.
MEDULIN – it's a great place to stroll along the harbor, shop and eat. It's about a 30-minute walk to the harbor or a 5-minute drive by car.
PULA – largest and oldest town in Istria, amphitheater, a beautiful old town with pedestrian zone, harbor, numerous restaurants and shopping malls
BEACHES
– The nearest beach is only about a 3-minute drive from the house. Enter "Plaza 'Bura-Bora' Liznjan" into Google Maps.
– Bora‘ Liznjanhis beach is often crowded, but also ideal for children—with a bouncy castle in the water—as well as beach bars and small restaurants. If you're looking for something a little quieter, choose one of the numerous beach bays along the coast. One option is to continue along the gravel paths towards the coast from the Hotel Resort & Residence.
–Toco Beach Club in Liznjan – cool beach bar, nice beach; entrance fee applies.
Small amusement park at the end of the harbor/next to the camping site of Medulin
Various Watersport attractions and boat tours will be offered in Medulin
Horseriding - for those of you who want to explore the stunning landscape on horseback - ISTRA STAR RANCH - Maya

– Salt & Pepper Balkan meets Mediterranean – heavily frequented
during the summer season

– Double T – pizza, pasta, salad, decent food, sitting on the terrace you’ll have a great view over the harbor.
